Welcome to TeeHee! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TeeHee. TeeHee operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TeeHee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 – Access and Account

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you allow minors to use the Services under your supervision, you are responsible for their actions.

To use the Services, you may need to provide personal information such as your name, billing/shipping address, email, and payment information. You must ensure this information is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

Section 2 – Our Products

  • All products are made-to-order via print-on-demand.

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and details may appear differently depending on your device settings.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Section 3 – Orders

  • Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

  • Please double-check your order before submitting. Cancellations may not be possible once an order is in production.

  • Orders are subject to our Free Replacement Policy.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency (when available) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Production time: All items are made-to-order. Orders are usually produced and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Fast worldwide shipping: We ship almost anywhere in the world. Please check our FAQ for the most up-to-date list of available destinations.

  • No customs fees: 98% of orders are delivered without customs or import charges. If you are charged, contact us and we’ll reimburse you.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–6 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–5 business days

  • Australia: 5–6 business days

  • Canada: 4–5 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of world: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Free Replacement Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, with a manufacturing error, or your package is lost in shipping, we’ll cover it with a free replacement. Just contact us at Hello@teehee.shop within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.

Please note: Because every product is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the incorrect size, design, or color.

Section 6 – Refunds & Returns

Because all items are made-to-order, we only offer replacements if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted, or

  • The wrong item was delivered.

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery with photos as proof. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Section 7 – Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS)

By consenting to TeeHee’s mobile message service (the “Service”), you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages (including marketing messages and cart reminders) from TeeHee to the mobile number provided.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • You may opt out at any time by texting STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link in a message.

  • For support, text HELP or email Hello@teehee.shop.

  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • You must provide a valid mobile number and re-enroll if your number changes.

  • We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and media, is owned by TeeHee or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Section 9 – Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties.

  • Your use of such tools/links is at your own risk.

  • TeeHee is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services.

Section 10 – Relationship with Shopify

TeeHee is powered by Shopify. Shopify enables our store but is not involved in sales between you and TeeHee. By using our Services, you release Shopify from claims or liability related to your purchases.

Section 11 – Feedback

By submitting feedback (ideas, suggestions, reviews), you grant TeeHee a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for commercial purposes.

Section 12 – Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing or availability) and cancel orders if necessary.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, impersonation, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with security features.

Section 14 – Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where explicitly required by law.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeHee and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products.

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeHee, Shopify, and affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Section 18 – Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

Section 19 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Section 20 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
