Are your shirts true to size?
Yes! All our products are true-to-size. Check our size chart before ordering to be sure.
How are TeeHee products made?
All items are made-to-order using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This means less waste and better print quality.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders start production quickly, so cancellations and changes are not always possible. Contact us at Hello@teehee.shop as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. At checkout, you’ll see if shipping is available to your country.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 4–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
- Australia: 5–6 business days
- Canada: 4–5 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Rest of world: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
In 98% of cases, no customs fees are charged. If you do get charged, contact us with proof and we’ll reimburse you.
How can I track my order?
You can follow your shipment using our branded tracking page. Click here to Track your order or check the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.
What if my tracking isn’t updating or my package is past the delivery date?
If your tracking hasn’t updated and it’s past the estimated delivery date, your package is most likely lost. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a free replacement right away. Just contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Free Replacement
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, design, or color chosen. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
What if my item is damaged or doesn’t arrive?
No stress — if your item arrives damaged, with a print error, or gets lost in shipping, we’ll send you a free replacement. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Shopify Payments. Depending on your region, you may also see local options like Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, and more at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
Your currency is automatically detected and displayed at checkout.
